  • Joint Mobility
  • 400m run around building
  • 10 KettleBell Swings
  • 10 Burpees
  • 8 Horizontal PullUps

WOD: FOR TIME

A)

  • 21 KettleBell Swing-Cleans Right Hand
  • 15 PushUps
  • Farmer’s Walk 80m (25lbs)
  • 15 Push Ups
  • 21 KettleBell Swing-Cleans Left Hand

B)

  • 45 SitUps AS FAST AS POSSIBLE

Cool Down: 5-10 min YOGA Instruction
