10 Slow Squats

10 KettleBell Clean and Press (5 Each Arm)

10 Straight Leg Sit Ups

10 Roll Like a Ball

WOD

Maximum cycles in 12 minutes of:

50 Meter Sprint

10 Squat Jumps

10 Pushups

Cool Down

3 minutes of Plank work

5 minutes of Yoga
