WOD August 23, 2010

Warm Up:

Walk to the end of Superior Dr. and back with a 10-15 lbs DB

10 Push Ups (A-Lactic)

10 Sits Ups

10 Slow Lunges holding 5kg medball


5 Rds For Time:

Sled Push 1 Length (about 20 yards)

10 Power Cleans (allowed to choose your own class of weight: Barbell, DB, or Kettlebell) (Rx: 45 lb bar, 20 lb DBs, 25 lb Kettle)

Cool Down

5-10 minutes of Yoga and Deep Breath meditation

  1. Workout on 8/23/2010 was great. Having been sick for 2 weeks with sinus infection, I wasn’t sure I would have the endurance to get thru it but I did and feel great today!!
