Walk/run 400m with 10-15 lbs DB
20 walking Overhead Lunges with broomstick-20lb bar
10 Sits Ups
10 Bench Dips
WOD
“Running Barbie” *(with modified rest times)
3 Rds For Total Work Time:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Sit Ups
20 Squats
400 m Run
Rest exactly 2:00 minutes between each round
Cool Down
5-10 minutes of Yoga and Deep Breath meditation
