Warm Up

400m Walk with 15lbs

10 Overhead squats with broomstick

5 Sotts Press with broomstick

10 Kettlebell Clean and Press (5 each arm)

Medball Fun!


For Time

Run 800m

21 Burpees

Run 800m

15 Push Ups (1/1000 between each rep. STRICT)

Run 800m

9 Dumbbell Snatch (45/25 — 9 each arm)

Cool Down

5-10 minutes of Yoga and Deep Breath meditation
