Slow and Steady Sled Push 1 lap

6 Modified Handstand Push Ups

10 Barbell High Pulls

WOD

800m Run

-Rest 90 seconds-

4 Rds For Time

5 Deadlift (155/85) or (70%-75% max potential)

10 Pull Ups

20 Sit Ups

Cool Down

400m walk and 5 minutes of Yoga
